1. Where are you based?

We are based in the UK and ship all orders from within the UK.

2. Which countries do you ship to?

At the moment we ship within the United Kingdom only.

3. How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over £20.
For orders under £20, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.
Most parcels arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the courier.

5. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards and PayPal.
All payments are processed securely.

6. Can I return an item?

Yes. If you change your mind, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

7. What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at seeggor@hotmail.com with your order number and photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy.

8. Are your toys safe for pets and children?

All products are sourced from trusted suppliers.
Always supervise pets and children during play and regularly check toys for signs of damage.
Remove and replace any toy that becomes broken or unsafe.

9. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not yet, but we are planning to add this option in the future.
